We've finally began to enjoy our vegetables out of the garden. We've gotten a couple tomatoes to enjoy in our salads, lots of sweet corn and tons of cucumbers!!!! We had so many cucumbers when we got back from Colorado that I ended up making cinnamon cucumber rings (so much work and A LOT of mess!). I have tons of green tomatoes on the plants right now and I'm planning on making and canning salsa when they rippen up. I also have picked several jalapeno peppers and there are very small green peppers on the plants.
I wish we could have a garden all year long to enjoy these goodies!
